An Acupressure point is a place of vital energy on our bodies that holds a story. By slowing down and feeling into a point we can receive insightful messages and connect more deeply to ourselves. Just like Herb Salon we will choose one point at a time and quiet down and get curious in a meditation and see what arises. We will then share our experiences (optional). We will also work with the poetry of this point. I will share the Chinese Pinyin and the rich poetic meaning behind the points name. 

Please bring a Journal and something to write with.
