Re-enchanting your relationship to sleep
Sleep is the ultimate place where we nourish our yin, restore ourselves, and take part in the most mysterious part of our day by letting go into our subconscious world. In a yang culture that prioritizes staying busy, accomplishments & staying distracted, so many of us find that the quality of our sleep suffers.
This ongoing class will make room for tending to our nervous systems & getting better sleep. We’ll look under the surface of our days and lean into the mysteries of our dream life as well as support what might feel difficult in the shadows.
As always we will be working with our plant friends as well as with meditation and somatic practices.
