A LIve online class series:

These classes will focus on building relationships and supporting reconnection to this time that was always celebrated and revered by our ancestors. Reasons to Join:
~To be in community with others
Let’s face it… the way our culture holds menopause is lame! And on top of that we often find ourselves struggling alone in this often turbulent time. This class is focused on building community and connection through plants in a way that helps create a container of support. Being together normalizes our experiences. It also gives us the momentum to feel empowered and discover the magic.
~To re-enchant and honor the passage into our wise women years
During our gathering we get curious and explore more generous ways of being in relating to this powerful time in our lives. We sit with things like “Second Spring” and “Deep Time” and as always we lean into the plants to connect and find our direction and guidance. We will also cultivate practices that celebrate what’s happening in our lives as well as the seasons and cycles we are in.
~To remember ways of being in deeper relationship to our bodies and the plants
For most of human history this time was celebrated and revered. The memory of this still lives deep within our bodies. When we quiet down and listen, old ways begin to emerge. Working together we can help to chisel out the gems and clear out the muck of modern conditioning. We will also develop and cultivate practices that support this emergence as well as deepen into practices that hold us in the sometimes turbulent waters of menopause.
Testimonials:
“This circle is a soft place to land in a hard time. I don’t know if there’s anything more critical to a woman’s health in menopause than being around other women who are going through it too. And to be accompanied by the wise and gentle guidance of the healing plants is the cherry on top! Most of the menopause support out there is geared towards symptom relief and this circle provides something different - being in the experience of midlife together, as our whole selves, not reduced to a cluster of symptoms and how to “fix” them.
“Amanda created a safe space for women to come together and share life experiences and connections with plants. This class filled a longing and I am forever grateful.”
